multi-family, wood-framed, buildings with a soft-story condition.
This
ordinance applies only to wood-frame buildings that either have three or more
stories over a under floor area / basement or have any portion containing four
or more residential dwelling units extending above grade where the building hasn’t
been seismically strengthened yet.
